List Of Documents Required for PAN Card Application 2019

When you are applying for PAN card like all government services, you need to provide some documents for verification. Like proof of identification, address, and date of birth. List of documents required varies with types of PAN card and its uses. So Here is a list of documents required for PAN Card for individuals, Companies, HUFs and partnership firms.

Individuals(Indian Citizen):

Proof Of Identity :

Copy of voter’s identity card
Ration card with the applicant’s photograph
Copy of passport
Copy of driving license
Arm’s license
Copy of Aadhar card issued by Unique Identification Authority of India
Photo identity card issued by the central government or state government or any other public sector undertaking
Central government health scheme card
Bank certificate containing an attested photograph of the applicant along with bank account number of the applicant
Copy of pensioner card having a photograph of the applicant
Certificate of identity in original signed by a Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councillor

Copy of electricity bills
Copy of landline bills
Copy of broadband connection bill
Bank account statements
Credit card statement
Post office passbook featuring address of the applicant

Copy of registration certificate which is issued by Foreigner’s Registration Office and shows Indian address
Copy of Visa granted by the foreign country and/or copy of appointment letter issued by an Indian company and original certificate of Indian Address issued by an employer

Karta’s POA, POI, and PODOB
Declaration signed by karta with a list of all members of HUF with Father’s name and DOB
